TIRANA, July 23/ATA/- The Kosovo President Hashim Thaçi shared Monday in the social media a congratulatory message on the occasion of the ninth anniversary of the International Court of Justice’s ruling on the validity of the declaration of Kosovo’s independence.
On the 9th anniversary of the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice on Kosovo’s independence, President Hashim Thaçi said that, it has been the greatest international victory of the Republic of Kosovo.
“Nine years have passed since the ruling of the International Court of Justice which confirmed our right to declare the independence of Kosovo. This was the biggest international victory of the Republic of Kosovo, which paved way for strengthening our international subjectivity and forever sealed our right to self-determination. This decision paved the way for Kosovo’s membership of NATO, EU and UN,” the Kosovo President Thaçi wrote.//a.i/
