Non-Parliamentary opposition protests against government

TIRANA, July 8/ATA/ -The parties of the non-Parliamentary opposition began today evening the 10th national protest in Tirana.

The opposition supporters gathered at the “Martyr’s of the Nation” boulevard for the routine rally against the government.

The State Police has taken all the measures to guarantee a smooth progress of the protest while the police officers are standing around the perimeter of the government building.

The former lawmakers of the Democratic Party (DP) and Socialist Movement for Integration demand a caretaker government that will take the country to early elections.

The DP and its allies didn’t take part in the local elections of June 30 when there were elected the 61 new mayors of the country./gj.mima/j.p/p.s./
