TIRANA, July 5/ATA/- The High Prosecution Council decided during the meeting held on Friday to seek additional information from state institutions (the Tax Directorate and the Customs) for the candidate running for General Prosecutor Lulëzim Alushaj.
Likewise, during the meeting held today, the High Prosecution Office approved by 11 votes in favor two draft evaluation acts, in the framework of a temporary re-evaluation for two prosecutors, Edmond Hyka and Sonila Muhametaj.
The reports have been drafted and presented to the Council by the Evaluation Commission of Ethics and Professional Activity.
The representatives of the Ministry of Justice, EURALIUS (EU Funded Project), OPDAT, and other accredited observers monitored the meeting./a.g/p.s./
