TIRANA, July 2/ATA/ -Head of the EU delegation to Albania Luigi Soreca appreciated that the local elections of June 30 were held in a generally peaceful and orderly manner.
He said that the government and the opposition must show political maturity and urgently engage in dialogue.
“Local elections which took place on 30 June were conducted in a context of political division but in a generally peaceful and orderly manner. Both government and opposition have now to demonstrate political maturity and urgently engage in dialogue”, emphasized Soreca on Twitter./gj.mima/p.s./
