TIRANA, June 25/ATA/- The project on the construction of the new ring 3.5 km in length in Dibra is financed by Albanian government in the light of the Albanian Development Fund’s “Rehabilitation of Priority Roads” program.
The aim of this project is to handle traffic in the city of Dibra, especially the heavy tonnage vehicles moving across the city, the Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama stated, while sharing on his official page photos of the construction works in the area.
The construction of the new ring in Dibra is a promise made since 1985 by all previous governments.
The investments in the light of the Urban Renaissance program have been extended to all rural areas. The whole program of the Albanian government for the improvement of road infrastructure, energy infrastructure, health, education and requalification of urban areas.//a.i/
