TIRANA, June 19 /ATA/- The crisis is not political, it is the crisis that has affected a part of politics that is being trampled upon by four individuals whose relations with justice have reached a breakdown, spilled over to political environment as a political crisis.
This is what PM Edi Rama stated on Wednesday in a televised interview on public broadcaster, Albanian Radio and Television.
Concerning justice reform, PM Rama said that this is what justice reform is all about, this is the system in the process of formation and this is the stage of negotiations into which they have thrown their heart and soul to stop from starting. The opening of accession talks means the start of discussion between Albania and EU, means that Albania will sit down in the table to negotiate its EU membership. There is a given number of chapters for all areas, but the first two chapters tabled to Albania are those on justice, known chapters 23 and 24. The opening of chapters 23 and 24 at this stage is not the same as it would have been unless we had made justice reform.
