TIRANA, June 14/ATA/- In Albania’s largest port of Durrës, during January-May of 2019, have been processed 56 thousand containers (Twenty feet Equivalent Unit TEU), recording an increase of 1.379 TEU containers more than in the same period of the previous year.
At the ContainerTerminal during the first five months of this year, have been anchored 76 vessels in total.
The specialized vessels unloaded 28.205 import containers, and loaded 27.781 export containers (TEU).
During January-May of this year, the vessels anchored in the respective Terminal loaded/unloaded 55.986 TEU containers with over 675 thousand tons of different goods.//a.i/
