TIRANA, June 7 ATA/- Prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office of the First Instance Court for Serious Crimes in Tirana, Ened Nakuçi has passed vetting and in turn was reconfirmed on duty.
Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) assessed that Nakuçi has been found clean in three criteria, audit of assets, integrity and proficiency background.
IQC held a hearing on Thursday at 12:00 with the prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office of the First Instance Court for Serious Crimes in Tirana, Ened Nakuçi. The jury was composed by Xhensila Pine, Valbona Sanxhaktari, Roland Ilia.
Ened Nakuçi started his career in the justice system in 2000 as a Prosecutor of the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office. In 2003, he was appointed Serious Crimes Prosecutor, being in office for 16 years. Nakuçi is one of the 25 candidates for member of the Special Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Structure, SPAK. //a.i/
