TIRANA, May 29 ATA/ – According to the Special Appellate College the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) for dismissal from the office of the Prosecutor Rovena Gashi has been put into effect.
CAS made the decision following the session with Rovena Gashi with regard to her complaint for overturning the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission.
The former Prosecutor Gashi was dismissed from office by the Independent Qualification Commission on July 25, 2018 because she failed to justify her wealth.//a.i/
