TIRANA, May 24/ATA/ – The ad-hoc Parliamentary Committee on Electoral Reform agreed on Friday that, the amendments to the electoral code should be completed and approved within July 31 based on the OSCE / ODIHR recommendations.
The ad-hoc Parliamentary Committee on Electoral Reform convened today with the participation of majority and opposition MPs to review and approve the work calendar for the period May-November 2019.
The Commission also agreed that, by September 30th, there must be concluded the issue of emigrants’ vote and the completion of the new technologies in electoral process.
Within November 28, the commission must end discussions on the issue of the electoral system. //a.i/
