TIRANA, May 13/ATA/-The supporters of the Democratic Party and its allies in opposition marched through the “Martyr’s of the Nation” boulevard in Tirana making use even of pyrotechnic means.
Some of the protesters were masked and joined the protest with loud shouts in front of the premier’s office while keeping lighted torches in hand.
The protesters hurled firebombs, flares and other projectiles against the government building as soon as the Chairman of the DP Lulzim Basha took the floor.
The opposition claims that today’s protest is organized in the form of a march against violence./m.m/p.s./
