TIRANA, May 9 /ATA/ The government declared Friday a national mourning day in honor of junior Albanian Army officer Zarife Hasanaj, who was killed Monday at the NATO base in Latvia in an explosion of ammunition.
On Friday in all state institutions the flags will be flown at half mast and one minute of silence will be observed at 12:00hrs.
The coffin of Zarife Hasanaj arrived at Mother Teresa airport on Thursday escorted by a military ceremony.
