TIRANA, May 8 /ATA/ – Over the past years, there has been a revolution in the organization of the justice systems as a third, true and real power, but also a great innovation in the field of jurisprudence.
The Socialist Party MP, Fatmir Xhafaj, considered Wednesday the Justice Reform a revolution with regard to the justice systems organization as a third, true and real power, but also introducing great innovation in the jurisprudence field.
In his speech at the today’s plenary session, with regard to some additions and amendments to the law ” On Private Judicial Bailiff Service”, Xhafaj stated that , “Justice Reform is a unique process in terms of its conception, structuring and functional organization and especially to its drafting, discussion, consulting as well as the approval of draft laws as part of this project.”
“The process of drafting of constitutional changes and reform laws will remain one of our most specific processes in political, parliamentary and legislative history,” Xhafaj stressed.//a.i/
