TIRANA, April 26 /ATA/- The Shkodër-Theth road will be another important investment which will boost economy and tourism in this territory.
This is what PM Edi Rama stated at the meeting “Municipality we want” with the inhabitants of Shkodra.
We have kicked off several projects in infrastructure, such as the road linking Shkodra with Velipoja, promised by many in the previous election campaigns, but now is a reality, PM Rama said.
The projects which entail the lake will continue hand in hand with all projects on development of rural area, according to Rama.
“We visited the area of Malesi e Madhe where we had a meeting with all the entrepreneurs of the association of medicinal and aromatic plants. Suffice it to see the figures of medicinal and aromatic herbs’ exports to understand that a major turning point has come, employment in those areas has increased thanks to inclusion of many farming families in the cycle of this production for export,” Rama said adding that these areas have great agro- tourism potentials to unlock.
