TIRANA, April 26/ATA/-Albania’s economic growth in the third quarter of 2018 was 4.5% reported the Bank of Albania during presentation of the Report of Financial Stability over this period.
According to the Central Bank, the manufacturing and service sector contributed to the economic growth.
The increase of the aggregate demand was based on extension of consumption and investments, mainly the private ones.
The positive developments in the labor market were confirmed with a fall of the unemployment norm into the level of 12.3% by the end of the year.
At the end of the period, inflation recorded 1.8%, the same like last year. The fiscal policy has maintained its trend of fiscal consolidation. /e.xh/j.p/p.s./
