Pact with University, PM Rama: Main promises have become a reality

TIRANA, April 19/ATA/-“At present, we are putting some beacons that Europe put long ago, but we began our journey from a jungle situation in the universities”, stated today Prime Minister Edi Rama.

The prime minister made the statement during the presentation event of the Students’ National Survey 2019 on the quality of teaching in context of the government Pact with the University.

PM Rama appreciated that the survey is important for several reasons, but first of all it serves as a mechanism of gathering the opinions of the students and their reading on a scientific basis.

The prime minister said that this gives us the opportunity of understanding better and addressing effectively the concerns of all the community.

PM Rama said that several matters the Pact with the University carries have already been dealt with while some other promises are being addressed.

“As a matter of fact, some of the main promises have been delivered and some others will become a reality. I say, all the promises made in the Pact with the University are being seriously considered by the Ministry of Education and the government”, said PM Rama.

He emphasized that, “A new basis is being established in the internal activity of the university and cooperation between the government and the university”./j.p/p.s./
