TIRANA, April 10/ATA/ – “Justice Reform is yielding positive results and Albania is on the right track toward an efficient and impartial justice system”, said the deputy Chairman of the National European Integration Council Taulant Balla.
The National European Integration Council held a meeting today on the justice reform and establishment of the Organs for the Administration of Justice.
In his speech delivered on this occasion, Balla said that, “The Parliament has approved the package of justice reform. On May 8, on the threshold of May 9, Europe Day, the Parliament will take up for examination even the three remaining laws from the second package of the justice reform.”
“These positive developments confirm that Albania’s justice reform is yielding positive results and is on the right track toward an efficient and impartial justice system Albania, free of any impact or political pressure”, emphasized Balla.
Speaking about the role of the civil society in Albania’s European integration, Balla said cooperation with the civil society and its commitment to the process is welcomed./a.g/p.s./
