TIRANA, April 2/ATA/-From a field of waste collection into a green park and attractive sports venues especially for the young people of Librazhd.
In the course of its urban transformation, a space of recreation will be added to Librazhd downtown and that will give breath to the public life.
Accompanied by the lawmaker of Elbasan region, Prime Minister Edi Rama saw from very close implementation of the new municipal project for building of a multifunctional park in the same place where there used to be a waste collection field by the river that caused flooding in all the area.
Librazhd Mayor Kastriot Gurra said that the new park will have all the elements that a city needs.
« We have already received the financial support from the Swiss and Austrian governments for some football pitch, basketball and volleyball courts. Meanwhile, the municipality will begin the second phase of funding targeting to complete the park, plant the trees and create the green areas”, said Gurra./e.caushi/p.s./
