TIRANA, March 21 /ATA/- Clear to partly cloudy skies to prevail on Thursday at the midday, in the mountainous areas and eastern Albania.
The wind will blow in the northwest-northeast direction at 1-10m/sec, while along the coastal areas the wind will blow at a velocity of 15-20 m/s.
Misty and foggy conditions are expected to prevail in the morning hours.
