National team faces problems with forward sector, Sadiku injured in training

TIRANA, March 20 /ATA/ -Albania’s national team seems to have problems in the forward sector while in being in the threshold of the challenge with Turkey.

During the training session of Wednesday morning, the forward player Armando Sadiku showed some problems.

He had just returned to training following a long period being injured, but during the warm up session he appeared to have problems in the muscles.

Sadiku’s physical problems cause a concern to the Italian coach of the Albanian national team Christian Panucci given that the other centre-forward player Bekim Balaj is also suffering from physical problems and is not in optimal condition.

Albania’s team felt a lot the absence of Sadiku last year especially in the friendlies in context of the Nations League.

Thus, Albania is at risk of having no forward player in the qualifier match for Euro 2000 against Turkey.

Rey Manaj also couldn’t accept the invitation of the coach because he was not allowed by his team Albacete.

Meanwhile, even Ylber Ramadani couldn’t attend the training session on Tuesday because of being lightly injured.

The third training session of the national team for the two upcoming challenges against Turkey and Andorra lasted for about 70 minutes while Panucci refused to accept the cameras. /j.p/p.s./
