TIRANA, July 21/ATA/-The revenues collected in the state budget coffers over the first half of the current year are estimated at 216.9 billion lekë, i.e. 2.2% increase as compared with the same period last year.
According to the fiscal indicators announced by the Ministry of Finances, the revenues from the taxes and customs amounted to 145.5 billion lekë, while the revenues from the VAT amounted to approximately 68 billion lekë.
The expenditure over January-June period amounted to 214 billion lekë. During this period, it was also noticed an increase of capital expenditure up to 30 billion lekë.
During this 6-month period, the budget resulted with a surplus of 2.3 billion lekë.
