The base of low clouds is 1000 meters. The wind will blow from the southeast-northwest at a velocity of 1-10m/sec. Sea gale of force 3-4 will trigger waves 1.8 meters high.
Visibility 8-15km, local mist. At noon the country will be impacted by relatively hot air masses which will be stable.
