PRISTINA, June 25/ATA/- President of Kosovo Hashim Thaçi met on Sunday in Brussels with his Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vučić in the context of the political dialogue held under the auspices of the EU.
“The first meeting of the last phase of the process of normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia was difficult, but indispensable for overcoming the century-old conflict. Irrespective of differences, we agreed to intensify meetings in an effort to solve the open issues once and for all”, emphasized Thaçi.
According to him, the final agreement on complete normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia is in the interest of the two countries, peace and stability in the region.
