TRANA, June 2 / ATA / – The Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama attended Saturday the “Labour Fair” in Elbasan County.
Regarding people not being included in the social assistance scheme, the Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama emphasized that, only in May were employed about 221 persons.
During his speech at the opening of the Employment Service Office of Elbasan, PM Rama noted that employment opportunities can be offered for everyone, including those that do not benefit from the social assistance scheme.
PM Rama stated that 70% of people excluded from the benefits of the financial assistance scheme are between the age group 24- 45 years old.
According to the Premier this is a vital age group and the financial assistance does not provide for a minimal living condition.
