TIRANA, April 17/ATA/-The Independent Commission of Evaluation held on Tuesday the vetting process of Prosecutor at the Court of Appeal of Shkodra Besa Nikëhasani. Prosecutor Nikëhasani is the fourth member of the justice system who undergoes vetting.
The commission analyses the wealth and checks the personal and professional background of the representatives of justice.
Although the Commission reports that the prosecutor is clean in regard to her wealth it has still raised questions on her ownership of an apartment and two shops in Shëngjin.
The final verdict of the Commission will be given on April 20./m.m/p.s./
