Tirana, March 20 /ATA/- Independent Qualification Commission announces that pursuant to article 281 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, it has referred to the Office of Prosecutor General the documentation pertaining to administrative investigation as part of re-assessment of former Constitutional Court member, Besnik Imeraj.
The member of Constitutional Court, Besnik Imeraj, who was decreed by former President of the Republic, Bujar Nishani, gave resignation on January 31 on personal grounds.
Imeraj was among the first on the list of Constitutional Court members to be summoned by the vetting bodies, meanwhile the verification of the Constitutional Court members had started earlier.
