TIRANA, Dec 2 /ATA/ The European Department for Humanitarian Aid has sent its representatives to Albania to see first-hand the situation in the aftermath of November 26 earthquake.
The envoy of European Department has pointed out through a video that Albanians are working hard to handle the post-earthquake situation, adding that they are recovering swiftly.
“Hi, I am Ludovico. I work for the team of European Department for Humanitarian Aid in Albania. I am in Durrës. I have been here since the very first day and it’s incredible to see how people are coping with the tragedy and are recovering so quickly,” he says.
“Our colleague Ludovico has been in Albania since day one after coordination of the European Department to respond to the tremors that hit the country last week,” the briefing of the European Department for Humanitarian Aid is quoted as saying.
