Japan Week in Pristina kicks off today

TIRANA, November 6/ATA/- On occasion of the 10th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Kosovo, the Embassy of Japan in Austria and the Japan Foundation with kind support of Japan Tobacco International will host the “JAPAN WEEK”, a five days-long event of Japanese culture free of charge, from November 6th to 10th at Kino Armata in Pristina.

On November 6th and 7th, Japanese music concerts will be held by Ms. Sumie Kaneko, Japanese Koto and Shamisen player based in New York, and Mr. Takuya Taniguchi, Taiko drummer based in Munich. In addition to the concerts, four Japanese movies released in Japan in 2017–2018 will be shown every night during the event. All films are in original version with English subtitles at free admission.
