TIRANA, July 31/ATA/-Speaking about building of the new national theatre in Tirana, Prime Minister Edi Rama highlighted the Public-Private Partnership and brought the example of Germany which makes extensive use of the scheme in building public works.
The prime minister emphasized that the state is protecting the public interest in building a theatre. And in exchange it gives to the private another construction site. There is no room for opposition claims of a profit of millions from this investment, said PM Rama during his interview on public television on Tuesday evening. /e.caushi/p.s./
